Dragons, Vampires, Lycans, and about anything in between welcome for play here in these realms.. travel as far as 13 galaxies away and you find the origin of what powers this Great keep ruled over by Bladez the Dragon and His Legions, and Allies
The Keep has been Moved to the planet Rezlin, the mighty Fortress and stronghold Kingdom sits high in the Rezornia Mountain ranges which are rich in obsidian carbon fiber deposits. Granting the mountains a sinister black gleam about them. The 7 suns of Rezlin they cast the brilliant shades of their sunsets over the kingdom and the crystal clear lake that was once part of earth's oceans. The Keep now is cast into 7 days of darkness for every 2 earth days of light so 2 earth days means 1 day on Rezlin 7 earth days will now mean one night cycle. These mountains are at the furthest northern tip of the great wilds of Rezlin, The keep claims sovereignty over the Wilds of Rezlin which is vast and filled with predatory creatures, There is a huge river which runs through the mountains creating rapids and violent currents, though this river is very deep and 1 mile wide it weaves through the mountains down to the vermilion ocean of Rezlin its fed by the Keeps lake and is filtered through a lock and dam system. Which is very advanced in comparison to those of earth. In addition there is a six lane superhighway with a vibranium base for absorbing the sound barrier breaking speeds of the cars of Rezlin. There is aswell a tachyon drive train system running from the main cities out to the keep through the wilds. It winds along through the mountains and crosses covered bridges along the way; it's a high speed train and travels at over 400mph on an electromagnetic suspension. The Train dumps black smoke from twin stacks at the engine. You can not get to the keep now from earth unless through the portals which are guarded, unless you been to Rezlin before , or 3 you have a space ship that might be able to make the trip. The Keep has however forged a copy of itself on earth. A portal in the labs of the keeps joins the two.
Being eight thousand years old, The Keep is known for its many great meshes of technology. Boasting mountainous terrain, the walls surrounding The Keep and its city are constructed from Vibranium and Uru Alloy and are invulnerable to Kinetic attacks. The Keep has a six point teleportation array. This array is within the crater like mountain range that surrounds it, granting the ability to be completely moved to alternate locations at will. The Keep has a large amount of fire power and defenses. A hundred rail cannons about its perimeter; twin chain gun turrets per rail cannon turrets, each shell fired through the chain guns are Adamantium Armor Piercing with Molecular Disruption Warheads. The chain guns have a range of a thousand yards and fire twenty shells per minute. The rail cannons fire Smart Bolts from them and have a variety of different effects. Plasma Net Mode causes the bolt to explode into a net in front of its target, not to capture but carve plasma right into anything that gets tangled or struck by such a net. This effect also doubles as a countermeasure for shooting down weapons such as missiles out of the sky. The Tactical Warhead Mode allows the shell to detonate, sending burning shards of Adamantium out in all directions within a fifty diameter of the target area while setting off a Antithetical Energy Shockwave. The Keep is highly advanced, three hundred years beyond modern day Earth technology. The Keep’s power plant is an Arc Reactor and its power source is a synthetically created Tesseract producing unlimited cosmic power. This runs the systems of The Keep and puts off an electromagnetic pulse that disrupts the abilities of psionics for means of teleportation. This protects the lab area deep in the Earth below from intruders that are not welcome. Attempting to teleport or enter the lab by any other means will scatter said creature’s molecules to a point they are simply atomized. The Keep’s Mind Core is an ancient well of knowledge and it holds information dating back well before Dinosaurs even walked the Earth. The Mind Core is highly intelligent and makes decisions on its own. It has eyes all over The Keep and surrounding area. Seeing in a multidimensional type of vision, like radar, it is able to spot threats in all dimensions. The Keep has been remodeled and restructured as well, in just the last few days. It sits on a bay, a river passing under one side of it which grants submarine entry through an underwater channel. It is guarded by the Karathen. The structure of The Keep is two miles in height. It is a fortress and has a central tower which is the full two miles high. Twenty smaller mile high towers, twisted like spikes, are the points between wall sections. Everything is Vibranium, Transformium and Uru Alloy. All three combined create a new material called Starium. Begotten by Bladez’s own ingenuity, Starium can basically withstand the pressure of space or the force of a super nova before it fractures to a breaking point. For all intensive purposes, The Keep is just as sturdy as the planet its situated on. At any given time it has the ability to reconfigure its shape. the keeps walls surround a entire city and a port entry to its bay is guarded by a starium sea gate , the keep does not have throne rooms because a throne does not make an Emperor out of any one . but if your into thrones it does have the most wonderful bathrooms sit around and see if anyone give praise to your status, those walls of that Keep would be a mirrored black with a woven pattern of red giving it the exotic look of damascus though it was a far cry for such a lesser metal then itself the Keep flies four sets of flags, one being the skull and cross Falchions this it the flag of Bladez and the flag of conquest and flying lower on the tower would Be the Flag of Rezlin and Beside it was the Flag of All Dragons. The main foyer of the keep was grand and it was large it housed many guests at any given time it has a huge bar that wraps around from one side to the other the Bar is made of Black diamond with a smooth buffed top covered in symbols of death and and tribals in red , and it had Many tables that where forged of Metal and and beautiful hard woods, its light was several red lanterns strung about the walls but the was diode style lights and they change color to adjust to settings and set the mood , wrap around leather couches at the corners of the main foyer but set up like booths with High tables of obsidian ,,,

Also, storytellers might be used at times to enhance your RP into the Realm 12: Have fun and enjoy Yourself its why we are here 13: All POD rules apply Fight rules under testing so subject to change:3/2 Evolved each fighter starts with a bank of 15 points these points are for use by the judge of the fight, how these work is the judge uses these 15 points for each fighter , they auto an attack they lose a point , if the don't focus their spells or their other abilities properly a point deducted , time modding a point deducted for each action of the round that is in violation , OOC arguments of the fighters point deducted which this means a fighter could literally lose 5 points in a single round with multiple violations , if your points bank drops to zero during the fight you have lost the fight fight structure will consist of a 2 part post your counter and your attack, when you start the fight your counter will be your stance in the first round
the separation between your counter and your attack defines a clear line which neither fighter may use in the next round this will be the timeline, This defines rather they have time modded , You may not return to this point in the next round it is considered actions which have already happened Your attack May began the anywhere from the start of their attack to the end of their attack once they have started motion that is the point you may interact with them You are allowed
2 counter moves and one dodge attempt per counter if you can physically perform all 3 with a realistic flow properly, on your attack you are allowed 3 attacks and 2 actions on top of your attacks which generally means footwork , charging of a spell beginning of focus and so on. You use your own counter to attack if You wish to but this is called a counter attack, and this is the more dangerous route to follow in a fight because , you are giving up your chance to counter which puts risk to the situation , so if you are going to attack with this method make sure your on point with the attack so it's done in a way your attack will land before theirs , this will make the judges have to really pay attention if you fail to strike first and it's not done in a smart way rather your hit lands or not you're probably taking every hit sent your way because you gave up the counter option
When you set up for stance You are expected to list all weapons on your person but this must be realistic . One would say if you had over 8 weapons this would not be realistic
