	Housed in Hollesfjord is a breakthrough in bleeding edge quantum technology, the Tid Sjoresa. This portal allows passage between neighboring dimensions and Das Haus serves as a permanent anchor for one such passage. Time runs concurrently on both sides of the portal - a day spent there is a day past here. People and supplies may pass through the Tid Sjoresa in both directions, allowing members of Das Haus to indulge their curiosity, challenge their bravery in a savage new frontier, or even satiate hedonistic fantasies too bold for our modern society. 	The Viking Age - 802 A.D.
	The Tid Sjoresa connects Das Haus to a dimension that appears identical to the Middle Ages of our past. Here, the age of the Viking has just begun. Drawn by the growth of wealthy towns and weak kingdoms, the Viking has begun to spread from Scandinavia out into the world at large. Travelers passing through the portal arrive in a outpost established by Das Haus for modern travelers, with easy travel to the nearby Viking trading post of Birka. From there the medieval world is waiting for the bold to do what they will with it.
