&lt;h1&gt;Trade Agreement&lt;/h1&gt;<br /><br />&lt;p&gt;The following are the terms of the contract to establish trade between:&lt;br /&gt;House of Jael&lt;br /&gt;&amp;&lt;br /&gt;Camp of Tuchuk, Webmaze&lt;/p&gt;<br /><br />&lt;p&gt;An import tax of 4% is levied on all goods coming into House of Jael.&lt;/p&gt;<br /><br />&lt;p&gt;An export tax of 2% is levied on all goods leaving Tuchuk.&lt;/p&gt;<br /><br />&lt;p&gt;Loss of goods, including but not limited to: breakage, spoilage, raid or piracy is the sole responsibility of the originating port or merchant, henceforth known as House of Jael.&lt;/p&gt;<br /><br />&lt;p&gt;Payment of goods is due on receipt, after inspection, and a proper of the bill of lading is shown.&lt;/p&gt;<br /><br />&lt;p&gt;Once payment is made and the affixing of receivers name to the bill of lading, any loss, including but not limited to: breakage, spoilage, theft, raid, or piracy, is the sole responsibility of the recipient, henceforth known as Tuchuk.&lt;/p&gt;<br /><br />&lt;p&gt;Affixing of signatures below is legal acceptance of the aforementioned terms, and takes effect immediately.&lt;/p&gt;<br /><br />&lt;p&gt;Signature:&lt;br /&gt;<br />Date:&lt;/p&gt;<br /><br />&lt;p&gt;Signature:&lt;br /&gt;<br />Date:&lt;/p&gt;<br /><br />&lt;p&gt;Signature: {Witness}&lt;br /&gt;<br />Date: &lt;/p&gt;
