Room Criteria for Historical Fantasies
1. The Room Leader/Controller/Owner must have a PoD membership, or obtain one prior to opening.

3. The Historical Fantasies section deals with global history, alternative history, and certain types of fantasy that aren’t handled by another section on PoD.
History-based rooms are rooms that attempt to emulate a period of history, such as ancient Egypt, the Yuan Dynasty in China, or the Victorian era of England. Read more here.
Alternative history-based rooms deal with one of two concepts - either a second set of historical events that differs from reality with interesting outcomes, or the ramifications (or activities) of time travel. Popular subsets of alternative history include “what if” scenarios (if the South won the Civil War or Germany won World War II) and steampunk.
Fantasy-based rooms welcome in our section include (but are not limited to) high Medieval rooms, pure fantasy-based rooms (on worlds such as Middle-Earth, Narnia, or Faerun), myth-based rooms (such as Celtic, Greek, or Norse mythologies), and D&D-based rooms.
