Gor Room Approval Criteria

Criteria for room proposals:

1. The room must have 4 committed members attached to the project.

2. The RC must have a PoD membership, or obtain one prior to the room going live.

3. They must be up to the universal standards of PoD Gor. This means a variety of things:

  • A: Members only safe zones, is not acceptable.

  • B: Use of NPC's in major applications is not acceptable. Example, NPC kills or force posted captures.

  • C:They must adhere to the PoD Raid rules.

  • D: Open Combat must default to PoD's fighting system of Prodigy. Other sport spars or any arranged battle can use whatever they please.

  • E: Dualling is not acceptable.


    •  4. Their room concept and application of their concept must be Gorean in nature. No panther girls running around the City of Ar, no Klingon general leading the Tuchuks, things of this nature. We will review their application as well as their provided web page material to ensure that everything is on the up & up and that it will be a room of high quality Gorean standards.

    5. Female characters may be RC's of very specific types of Gorean rooms. They must not be RC's of entire cities, camps, or things of that nature. Panther Girl's & Taluna's would be the exception to this. Tatrix positions of Tharna & Corcyrus would be another exception. Other examples would be a smaller scale room, such as a personal villa or estate.

    6. All approved rooms, whether they are transferring off site rooms, or rooms built by scratch will be subject to a two(2) month probationary period upon PoD Gor. This time period will be used to monitor that the room is proving themselves to be a healthy part of the PoD Gor community. During this time we shall make sure that their room meets the monthly room reports and that the home is not demonstrating any Un-Gorean behavior that is below the standards of PoD Gor.
