Portal of Dreams Gorean Site Judges

In cases of possible escape, capture or death in our Gorean GRP rooms, the preference is for parties involved to choose and agree to their own judge for the incident. If such an agreement cannot be reached by the parties involved, the following men have agreed to judge Open Combat that occurs in the General RolePlay rooms of Portal of Dreams:

Trei Stonegate, Aias Demos, Addiction/Xander, Attilus


- This is NOT a list of judges for practice spars.
- This is NOT a list of judges for sport or honor spars.
- Parties involved, if not selecting their own agreed upon judge before posting for a site judge, forfeit any and ALL rights to selecting who does or does not judge the fight.
- Parties involved, if not selecting their own agreed upon judge before posting for a site judge, forfeit any and ALL rights to refuse to honor the ruling*** of the judge.
- Judges will judge all incidents impartially and without bias. Judges have the right to pass on making a ruling.
- First judge to get to the task, please post that it is being looked at so the others are aware.
- Unlike other portions of Portal of Dreams forums, where only the OP (Original Poster) may request the locking of a thread, a judge involved in judging an incident may also request a thread be locked.

All cagings done in The Great Bazaar and The Sardar Fair (during safe season ONLY) will be judged by a Portal of Dreams site judge. Rules of the room/s will supercede Gorean laws in making the initial determination of a caging's validity. Once determined to be valid, it is at the discretion of the judge to determine the consequences per reasonable norms of Gorean standards. There will be a disparity between rulings at times, and differences in consequences based on whether captive is free or slave at the time of the incident, and whether or not they have a homestone. There will also be a difference in consequences based on which judge makes the ruling.

The following men have agreed to make rulings on the validity of, and the consequences of, cagings that occur in The Great Bazaar and The Sardar Fair (during safe season ONLY) for Portal of Dreams:

*** Refusal to honor a Portal of Dreams OFFICIAL site judge ruling can and will likely result in a ban from our Gorean site. This includes shelving or any other method used to not follow through on the consequences of your actions. If you cannot abide by these rules and subsequent rulings, please refrain from utilizing our GRP rooms.
