Board Posting Guidelines
Please read the following rules and guidelines very carefully. By posting, you have agreed to follow these guidelines, and must follow them at all times. If you refuse to follow them, appropriate actions will be taken in response.
Guidelines
The following guidelines are just that, guidelines, to give our forums a harmonious and pleasant atmosphere in which we can discuss and exchange ideas regarding our site.
- Follow the Golden Rule. Always be respectful of each other, the staff and other community members.
- You are responsible for what you are posting. You are responsible for the tone of your post, as well as the content of it.
- Everything has a time and place. Please post your topic in the appropriate board, for the appropriate section. If your post is in the wrong place, a moderator will move the post to the appropriate board.
- Signatures. Avatars that used in signatures should be no more than 150 tall by 580 long when using ONE image. When using more than one image (limited to three) EACH image may be no larger than 150 x 150.
- Report topics that are in the wrong section, or violates the guidelines. Please, do not respond publicly to the member - report the post via a PM to the moderator.
- Do not share third party conversations. If you have a conversation from MSN, ICQ or email, please, do not share it on the forum.
- This is not a venue for personal vendettas or causes. Any posts of this nature will be locked and removed.
- Sharing images, outside links and room scripts. In order to not flood the forum with this kind of material, please provide links rather than posting the content directly in the forum.
- Concerns. If you have a concern regarding our services, policies, or staff, please use a personal contact method such as a private message or email to a staff member. All moderators, administrators, and site staff are visible in the whochat list. We take serious complaints to heart and will do our best to address them.
Rules set in stone
The following rules are set in stone, and we will not budge on them. A violation of the rules will result in consequences determined on a case-to-case basis.
- No underage users are allowed on the board. By entering the site, you have agreed to be over 18 years of age.
- No anonymous posts. Negative posts that are posted by an anonymous person will be removed.
- No harassing, threatening or insulting of any kind will be allowed on the board. This includes racial, ethnic, religious, gender based insults as well as any posts meant to hurt or offend another member of the community.
- Spamming and flaming is not allowed. Please keep your posts as constructive as possible.
- No R/T information about another person will be allowed on the board.
- No impersonation of the staff or moderators will be allowed. The user found doing so will be banned.
We reserve the right to ban any member who violates our guidelines or disrupts our community.
